MapFlow collects information submitted through the website, checkout flow, and onboarding forms so it can respond to inquiries, process payment, deliver services, and manage implementation work.

This may include name, business name, phone number, email, selected package, onboarding details, and uploaded files. Payment information is processed by third-party providers including Stripe, and MapFlow does not store full card details.

Data may be stored in third-party systems used by the operation, including Firebase and Stripe, only for service delivery, record keeping, security, fraud prevention, and operational support.
